TANTV Local News (TANTV DMV) names Ethan Wechtaluk to its Civic & Political Voices Network, an initiative focused on elevating informed perspectives on public issues affecting Maryland communities.
Wechtaluk is a former federal consultant and a candidate for Maryland’s 6th Congressional District. He worked to modernize operations across federal agencies including Medicare, the Food and Drug Administration and the Department of Veterans Affairs, experience he says shaped his practical, people-first approach to public service.
Through the Civic & Political Voices Network, Wechtaluk will write on immigration, affordability and government accountability. The network is designed to give civic leaders, public officials and community voices a platform to share commentary and analysis directly with residents.
The initiative is part of TANTV DMV’s effort to strengthen local and community-centered journalism and expand public access to local civic discourse.
